As a single mom of two, my income comes 100% from you, and when you cancel, my livelihood is put at risk, for this reason, I have a very strict 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy, if you aren't able to keep your appointment and cancellation or reschedule occurs within less than 48-hours, for any reason, your card on file will be charged for the full treatment cost, or no refund will be provided if your appointment was prepaid, however, if your cancellation occurs within 48 hours, the prepayment will be credited towards your next appointment, which must be rescheduled in the same month unless otherwise agreed between you and me.

I totally get life happens – emergencies, injuries, sickness, babysitter bails, or even a zombie apocalypse (hey, you never know!). But here's the deal: unless you find someone to take your spot, I gotta stick to the policy. Fair enough? If you manage to fill the spot, though, consider the fee officially canceled.

To keep my space positive and respectful, please refrain from being under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or making offensive comments based on race, ethnicity, or any form of discrimination.
